2023 FALL SEASON

We are very excited about our Fall 2023 amazing lineup of brand new documentaries which will be presented at our beloved Theatre Three (TH3) in Port Jefferson and the all-accessible, newly renovated John F. Kennedy Middle School (JFK) in Port Jefferson Station (scroll down to get directions to each screening venue).

*NOTE: The pass does not include our screening of ROLLING ALONG on Oct. 30th as it was added as a special event after we
announced our fall series.

You will receive your 2023 Fall Pass(es) at our opening night screening on Sept. 18th or at the first film that you attend.

In the heart of Port Jefferson Village, Theatre Three is a non-profit agency supported by New York State Council on the Arts and funded by Suffolk County’s Office of Cultural Affairs. Theatre Three occupies Athena Hall, an historic venue that has hosted live productions, concerts and film screenings for over 130 years.

Directions:

From New York City or Eastern Long Island, take the Long Island Expressway (LIE, I-495) to exit 62.

Take exit 62 Country Rd 97/​Nicolls Road North, follow signage ​Blue Point/​Stony Brook.

Continue north, turn right on 347 East.

Continue east on 347 for 2.5 miles.

Turn left (north) on Route 112/Patchogue Road for .6 mile; continue north as name changes to Main Street, for 1.3 miles. Theater is on left.

Parking is available on the street and in adjacent lot.

Note: This theater is handicapped-accessible.

Parking for Screenings at Theatre Three:

There are a number of options for parking:
— The lot that is adjacent to Theatre Three is okay to park in after 6PM. There is a section behind the stores with a number of spots.
— There is parking on side streets across from Theatre Three, but please make sure you read the signs as to what side of the street you may park on.
— Metered parking is available off of Maple Place, which is just past Theatre Three off of Main St. on the left coming from the South and on the right coming from the North. It is just across from the fire station. It is 50 cents ($.50) an hour, so for 4 hours the cost would be $2.00. You may use coins, dollar bills or a credit card to pay in advance for parking.
— Metered parking is also available on both sides of the street off of Arden Place which is the street just past Starbucks coming from the South (on the right) and just past The Gap coming from the North (on the left) of Main St.
— Handicap Parking in metered parking lots is always free of charge, as long as you display your handicapped tag.

— There is parking allowed on E. Main Street, off of Main Street, if you park there after 6PM (as there is a 2 hour parking limit only up until 8PM). As you come into the town on Main St. from the South, it is on your right or through the town from the North, it is on your left.
**DO NOT PARK ON MAIN STREET! It is either not allowed or a very restricted time frame (1/2 hour to an hour).

Directions

From the West of Patchogue Rd/NY Route 112 and Jayne Blvd. on Nesconset Highway (Route 347):

Traveling east on Nesconset Hwy/NY-347 make a right by the traffic light onto Jayne Blvd (Dunkin Donuts on west side and Seaport Diner on east side – If you reach Patchogue Rd/NY Route 112 you’ve gone about 0.1 miles too far).

John F. Kennedy Middle School is on the right about a half mile from Nesconset Highway on Jayne Blvd. Your destination is just past Oliver St. The entrance to the parking lot is just past the school.

From the East of Patchogue Rd/NY Route 112 and Jayne Blvd. on Nesconset Highway (Route 347):

Traveling west on Nesconset Hwy/NY-347 cross over Patchogue Rd./NY Route 112 and make a left at the next traffic light onto Jayne Blvd. (Dunkin Donuts on west side and Seaport Diner on east side – If you reach Terryville Rd. you’ve gone 0.29 miles too far).

John F. Kennedy Middle School is on the right about a half mile from Nesconset Highway. Your destination is just past Oliver St. The entrance to the parking lot is just past the school.

  • There is ample parking.
  • Please enter the main entrance to the school.
  • The auditorium will be directly in front of you in the main lobby.
  • The auditorium is completely handicapped accessible.
